Absolutely Genius.
Reminds me a bit of "Conways Game of Life" only completely different.
Love the setting,its up there with the best, but to tell you the truth its a little strange, but how could you turn down its charm or beauty eh?

Ok, to start with; Congradulations.
Great idea, well excuted with lots of skill and a robust system.
You went to a lot of effort and pulled it off well.
However, I cant help but think this has potential well beyond what you did...a sequal perhapes?
You have the main system down perfectly, but there needs to be more to actualy do. Without any more stuff, the game can become just random clicking for ages.
Heres some ideas, take them or leave them, but..imo...this game needs a sequal, and it needs to have some or all of these ideas:
*. Mini-games. Break up the repition and (more to the point) make people work to earn points. eg. Occasionaly when reviewing a movie it spawns hundreds of pop-ups and you have to close them all quickly. Or purhapes a "blam game" where you have to shoot those files flying past to get blam points.
You got the newgrounds system, but exadurate stuff to make it more fun. A "work" minigame would be good too.
*. Look at games like "Sim Girl" and the stuff they add. Maybe you could introduce a revil to your game? or let people explore the house more.
*. Spam Spam Spam...fun idea, do more with it. (buying spam filters? option to "reply" to spam? [wastes time, gives you cool points, but also more spam...]
Just take as many points in the game as possible, and turn them into their own games.

Fox messed up futurama period.
You only have to look at the "real seasons" vs "seasons according to fox" to see how bad it was.
Heck, Im glade I live in the UK.
We got all the nice DVD box-sets last year :p
As for it not-technicaly being canceled, thats kinda true. Allthough the last viewer is dump to rate you down because of that.
It was "not renewed". (Unlike, say, Farscape, which was contracted for a 5th season and then that was canceled).
Still, little difference really.
If its not showen, its not showen. The technicalities dont mater.
Btw, just to let you know Family Guy *IS* comeing back, thanks to the strong DVD sales.
Futurama could be the same, so go forth and buy DVDs :D

Lots of ideas.
A few things were tricky to find. (Point & Click style games should be more logic based then searching based, imo), but the game was still enjoyable.
Ignore the people who critise it, they are just graphics whores.
